Steps to Complete Prior to Taking the MPT

(Math Proficiency Test)

for the OCC Nursing Program

 

                                 1. Application to the College

                                 2. Appointment with Counselor

                                 3. Curriculum Designation:  PNE, RNE, NUR

                                 4. Information Session

or come in and pick up a copy of our Nursing packet.

For questions about the Nursing program, please call the Nursing Department.

 MPT Test Schedule:

Tuesdays 2pm

Thursdays 6pm

 

(subject to change)

You MUST bring your picture I.D. to all testing sessions!

 

There is a 2-hour limit to complete a 50 question, multiple-choice test.

No Calculators!

 

NO food, drinks, pagers, cell phones or personal calculators

are allowed in the testing room!

 

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time.

The doors will close EXACTLY at

2:00pm on Tuesdays

and 6:00pm on Thursdays
