MAMAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT
Construction Management Option
Associate in Applied Science (MGT.CON.AAS)
The Construction Management Program is designed to prepare men and women to work at entry- and middle-level management in general contracting. The program has been developed with Eastern Michigan University and experts from the construction industry following guidelines established by major construction associations.
Oakland Community College and Eastern Michigan University have a unique partnership leading to the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Management Development Ð Construction Management Option. Students will take the required construction courses from EMU at the Orchard Ridge Campus.
Successful graduates of this program should learn the technical and business management skills necessary to obtain employment in scheduling, planning, surveying, construction safety and assisting project managers.
Upon graduation from this program, students may transfer to Eastern Michigan University to complete a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Applied Science.
