My first call is to the Culinary Studies Institute at Oakland Community College. Their students and apprentices are tops in the industry."

"The chef instructors at school were honest with me and gave me the best street advice about jobs and opportunities in the industry."

-Dominic Miketti, Student

"If it wasn't for the education OCC provided in both culinary and management, I would not have been able to enjoy the success I've achieved to this point. Going back to school at OCC at the age of 33 is one of the highlights of my life."
