The OCC Foundation Board of Directors

The Foundation is governed by a volunteer board appointed to three-year renewable terms. The majority of the directors represent the business and philanthropic communities. Two members of the OCC Board of Trustees and one representative of the OCC Faculty Association also serve on the Foundation Board. The Board meets quarterly.

	Lee Green, Chair Mr. Green is the President of American Wealth Management, Inc. of Detroit.		Don A. Schiemann, Secretary Mr. Schiemann is Managing Counsel for TK Holdings, Inc. of Auburn Hills.
	Thomas P. Sullivan, DDS, Treasurer Dr. Sullivan also serves as a Board of Trustee member on the Oakland Community College Board.		Robert A. Allesee Mr. Allesee is better known as Bob Allison, the host of “Ask Your Neighbor” on WNZK AM 690.
	Ed Berne Ed Berne is the retired President of Michigan Chandelier and remains Chairman of the Board.		Shirley Bryant Ms. Bryant also serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustee member on the Oakland Community College Board.
	Vince DeLeonardis Mr. DeLeonardis is President and Stockholder of George W. Auch Company, Pontiac, Michigan.		Jan Dolan Ms. Dolan is a retired state legislator, former Mayor of Farmington Hills, and a community volunteer and activist.
	David G. Ong Mr. Ong is the President of Acquest Realty Advisors, Inc. of Bloomfield Hills.		Nancy Quarles, Ph.D. Dr. Quarles is President of Advantage Consulting Group, Inc. in Bloomfield.
	Randolph G. Ston, Ph.D. Dr. Ston is a member of the OCC Social Science Faculty, teaching at the Auburn Hills Campus.		Peter J. Treboldi, CPA Mr. Treboldi is the Director of Doeren Mayhew in Troy.
