- An e-mail message is sent to you, containing the bibliographic
information about the document you ordered and the URL of the site where
the document can be retrieved.
- To retrieve your document—just
link to the site and the document will be displayed. If you want to print it, you must do
it at this time.
- To view the document, you must first have downloaded and installed the CISTI
SDD plug-in. This only needs to be done once.
- You will only be able to view a document once and to print it once.
- In the event of a printer or system problem, contact the CISTI Help Desk.
- If you ordered this document for someone—just forward the email message
to them and have them follow the CISTI link to the article (Do not link
to the CISTI URL yourself)

- The Secure Desktop Delivery plug-in was developed in order to implement
the restrictions required by publishers. It is a small application which
is easily downloaded and installed in seconds. It only needs to be
downloaded once.
- The application plugs in to Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader to ensure
secure handling of the document
- Note: You must have Windows in order to be able to run the SDD plug-in
