Our Mission

The primary mission of the Oakland Community College Libraries is to provide information resources and services for students in support of the College curriculum, including instruction and guidance in the development of information literacy. The Libraries also provide for the general information needs of faculty, staff and community patrons. To fulfill this mission, OCC Libraries strive for a balanced collection of sources in both traditional and electronic forms.
