On behalf of the Department of Nursing at Oakland Community College, I welcome you to view the Nursing Website. The faculty has designed an outstanding program of study which will prepare you to function as a nurse in a variety of roles. The Oakland Community College Department of Nursing at the Highland Lakes Campus has a reputation of graduating excellent nurses. Our Nursing Program provides the education for the development of personal and nursing competencies and a foundation for Baccalaureate and Master in nursing education so that you can secure a successful career, be competitive in the market and make a meaningful contribution to the community.
