Parking/Campus Maps
Faculty and Staff Parking
Parking for faculty and staff is provided on every campus site. Gated lots require a college ID card or code to open the gate. Check with your Department Chair or Department Director for the codes to the parking areas. Full time employees will receive a College ID card. All areas require a parking permit. Permits can be obtained from any Public Safety office. Please place permits on the lower front window, driver’s side of the vehicle. Permits must be visible, please do not place permits on dark glass.
Citations are issued to vehicles without permits. Check the college maps for the staff parking areas and Public Safety office locations.
If you need a replacement card, contact your campus sergeant.
Student Parking
Students do not need permits to park in student parking lots or in the parking structures. There is no charge for parking. Parking outside of a designated parking space will result in a citation. Please check the campus maps for the location of student parking lots and structures as well as information and helpful tips Students are not permitted in staff and faculty lots. The first two weeks of classes are very busy. Arrive early for your class, especially night classes. Park in a designated parking space to avoid a citation.

Fall and Winter Semesters
Auburn Hills Campus Map
Lots 9 and 10 should be used when lots 1, 6, and 7, are filled. Use lot 9 for the bookstore.
Orchard Ridge Campus Map
Lots 1A and 1B are located on the east side of campus; lots 4, 5 and 6 are on the west side for your convenience.
Highland Lakes Campus Map
Lot G should be used when lots A, C, and D are filled.
Royal Oak Campus Map
There are two parking structures at this campus. The first structure at Lincoln and Washington has reserved parking on the first level for handicapped and staff and faculty. Student parking is on the 2nd and 3rd levels. During rush hours use the second structure near Hudson on Washington. Student’s can park on all levels of the parking structure near Hudson and Washington.
Southfield Campus Map
There are two parking lots, one at each entrance of the main building. There is always ample parking close to the building.
Citations/Handicapped Parking
Citations are issued for parking outside of a designated area. Areas for parking are clearly marked. Vehicles parking outside or along these areas will be ticketed. Avoid parking in fire lanes, on yellow diagonal lines and on any land other than the paved parking area in a designated parking space. Handicap parking areas require a state handicap permit obtained from the Secretary of States office.
To take care of a citation, follow the instructions on the ticket.
