Registration Process
PAYMENT: Students who register during the registration periods
must pay for their class by the designated payment due date (exceptions apply for students waiting for financial
aid or 2nd party payments). YOUR PLACE IN THE CLASS IS ONLY SECURED BY PAYMENT FOR THE CLASS.
DE-REGISTRATION: If a student does not pay by the designated date, the
student may be "de-registered" (dropped from the class). Students are responsible
for dropping any unwanted classes to ensure billing does not occur.

Registration, and (3) Final (Walk-In) Registration.

PLEASE NOTE: Registration statements are mailed on Tuesday and Thursday of each week except when indicated. Registration statements may also be obtained
from the Enrollment Services department at any campus. For your convenience, credit card payments may be made via our Web or Touch*Tone services (
see
details).
Students are responsible for payment in full by the payment deadline whether or not a registration statement has been received
in the mail.
FINANCIAL AID RECIPIENTS: Dropping courses or completely withdrawing from the College may affect both your current financial aid award and your
eligibility for future financial assistance.
Course withdrawals made after the 100% refund period may decrease your award and cause you to owe
money. Please contact the Financial Assistance and Scholarships Office BEFORE dropping courses to discuss your plans and the potential consequences.
