As an oral art form, poetry needs to be heard. There is no better way to experience a poetry reading. Two poets will read from their work, and the evening will also feature the 1st and 2nd place winners in the OCC Student Poetry Contest, open to any OCC student old and new in the poetry world; as Seamus Heaney once said, “Poetry is the music of information”.
