If you can't remember your password, click the What's My Password? link from Student Menu or the Main Menu. On the What's My Password? page, use one or more of the options provided to help you determine your password.

I might remember, show my password hint:

If you have a password hint on file, you can use that to help you remember your password.  To display your password hint, fill in your User Name then click Submit.

I don't remember, reset my password:

If you have an e-mail address on record, you can have a new password sent to that e-mail address.  To have your password reset:

• Fill in your last name.
• Fill in either your Social Security number or your 7-digit OCC ID.
• Click Submit.

• Select the e-mail address that you would like your temporary password sent to, then click Submit.

I'm new to Online Services, what's my password?:

If you're new to Online Services your initial password is the lowercase first letter of your first name, the uppercase first letter of your last name, and your 6-digit birth date (fLmmddyy). For example, if your name is John Doe and you were born on January 5, 1981 you would have an initial password of jD010581.

 

If you have access to Online Services, your user name will be displayed on the page that follows.
