Congratulations to OCC’s Women's Softball team
An outstanding season just concluded for the OCC Women's Softball Team. The Lady Raiders finished 7th in the NJCAA National Championship Tournament May 18-21 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. They finished the season (prior to the national tournament) by winning 18 of their last 22 games. Coach Steve Ogg was named Region XII District F Coach of the Year. Megan Luczak, Sara Ston (daughter of Professors Mary and Randy Ston), Katie Ogg (daughter of Coach Ogg), and Amber Gentry led the way to success at the nationals. All of the Lady Raiders came to play, and play well they certainly did.
Congratulations also to Athletic Director Bernie Little. You all have made us very proud!!!!!
