MS Word Intro

This course will teach you the core skills necessary to fully utilize MS Word 2007 in a personal classroom setting of 14 students or less. Learn to create newsletters with graphics, reports with footnotes, & tables with calculations. Whether you take this class purely for your own personal use or to prepare for the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) exam, it is a “must have” course & will impart essential & useful skills for work or home.

MS Excel Intro

In MS Excel 2007, you will learn the fundamental concepts of using spreadsheet software such as the formatting of worksheets and charting. Small class size helps to ensure student success and gives students an opportunity to interact with an experienced instructor. This class is useful for home budgeting or for preparing to take a MS core exam to enhance job market skills. Accounting and Finance students will find this course essential. Take advantage of this enhanced learning setting.

MS Access Intro

MS Access 2007 will teach core skills. Large amounts of data can be stored, maintained, retrieved, sorted, and printed in tables, queries, forms, and reports. Learn how to create an effective structure for an "at-home" database of friends and family for mailing lists, birthdays, grandkids information, etc., or find out how to be an asset to your company by learning the fundamentals of a database that is efficient and powerful where data can be input and extracted in many different ways.

Your presentations can have graphics, built-in design templates, animation, sound, and music. PowerPoint is user-friendly and makes organizing and presenting your ideas easy and fun.
