CONTROL SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY

Associate in Applied Science (CTL.AAS)

This program prepares students for careers as control systems technicians. These are the people who design, install, calibrate, and maintain the electronic and pneumatic controls for buildings, machine tools, waste treatment facilities, power plants, and many other industrial applications.

The curriculum provides a strong technical and academic basis to prepare students for their careers. It has been designed to accommodate students coming from any background, with or without manufacturing or industrial work experience. The instructional approach is competency-based, contextual learning. Students will have opportunities to work with the flexible manufacturing system, simulation software, and electro-mechanical training modules.
