Transcripts
Oakland Community College transcripts
are issued by the Office of the Registrar only upon the written, signed request of the student. Official transcripts to other educational institutions
or employers must be mailed directly to the institution or employer.
Requesting a Transcript / Transcript requests must include the student’s name, student identification number or social
security number, home address, semester last attended and the complete address of the recipient. A $2 fee for each transcript requested must accompany
the request.
Grades for the current session will be available on transcripts approximately one week after the end of the session.
Transcript request form are available in the records or counseling offices at all OCC
campuses.
Request letters or completed forms, accompanied by the appropriate transcript fee amount, should be sent to:

Transcript requests will not be processed for students with financial obligations to the college.
