Golf Chi
Golf Chi (chi, meaning energy) is an innovative training program that is designed to improve the golf swing and sharpen one's mental focus to the mechanics of hitting the golf ball. Golf Chi incorporates balance, breathing, rhythm and visual motor behavior designed for releasing the stored muscle energy that enables longer drives and more precise short irons. Participants will develop personal discipline and power to take control of the body's kinesthetic awareness(human motion). The results translate into striking the ball with more authority and confidence.
