Skills for Leaders - A Certificate Series

It is the responsibility of frontline supervisors and managers to develop the capabilities within the individuals, processes, and systems of the organization to execute and implement defined strategy!

The "Skills for Leaders" series is composed of eight classes that emphasizes both the understanding and application of leader behaviors identified in Achieve Global's effective leadership research.  Managers and supervisors will benefit from learning to maximize personal leadership as well as developing followers' leadership behaviors.  Participants can tailor their skill development by selecting only one module or earn a certificate of completion by completing all eight modules.

To receive a certificate for the program, a participant must complete all seven classes. However, you may take the individual sessions that are of interest to you.
