Wine Tasting: Viva La France
This class is designed to serve as a beginners guide to French wines. Participants will "travel" through France tasting wines from the most important regions while learning how to decipher the French wine labels and gaining knowledge about the geography and why certain grapes grow best in certain areas.
Our instructors are certified sommeliers and full-time faculty of our Culinary Studies Institute located at our Orchard Ridge Campus.
