Menu items are freshly prepared by our students from scratch and change daily. Most entrees (normally three selections) include vegetable and a starch for $5.50 - $7.50. Guests may be served by our student wait staff in our popular dining room or utilize our cafeteria and help themselves.

Ridgewood Bakery

Open September 29 - December 9

Bread, pies, Danish and more, all baked fresh by our Culinary students, available at our bakery retail counter on most days when the Ridgewood Cafe is open. Some special items may also be available by pre-ordering with a minimum of three working days notice by calling Sue Piatek at 248.522.3711.

Wednesday Dinner at Reflections Restaurant

Dates:  October 21 - December 9

The fixed priced (prix fixe) menu, $13.00 per person, $16.00 for High Tea, reflects the fine cuisine prepared and served by our second year students in Culinary Studies. This four course meal features choice of soup or appetizer, salad, choice of entree, and choice of dessert. Treat yourself to an outstanding lunch from our student chefs at an excellent price.

During Fall and Winter semesters, we also offer special Grand Culinary Lunch Buffets for $11.00 per person including dessert and beverage. Served 11:15 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Reservation required for groups of 6 or more if space allows, otherwise first come-first serve. Don't forget to visit our Bake Sale also during our lunch buffet!
