Web Registration

Online Services allows you to search for classes, register for classes, drop and add classes (during registration periods), pay for classes, print your schedule, check your financial records, and review your grades.

Touch*Tone (Telephone) Registration

Touch*Tone (Telephone) Registration is the method by which OCC students may register for classes. This form of registration allows students to register and pay for classes by phone. Students paying by Touch*Tone will receive a confirmation notice verifying their courses and payment. Touch*Tone takes place each semester during the registration periods.

To use Touch*Tone Registration, complete and follow the Touch*Tone Preparation Sheet found in the Schedule of Classes. The registration codes for every class section are listed in the Schedule of Classes. The deadline for payment of classes is listed in the Schedule of Classes, and also on the Academic Calendar.

Campus (Final) Registration  (see Schedule of Classes for exact times)

During Final Registration, students may register for classes in-person at any OCC campus. Final Registration is only held during the last few business days before a semester begins. Exact dates are obtainable in the Schedule of Classes or from the Academic Calendar. During this time, anyone who has not yet filled-out an Application for Admission may still do so for the upcoming semester.

Once on campus, a student determines which class(es) to take by reviewing the Schedule of Classes, and records the choices on a Course Request Form. This form is then brought to the registration personnel, and they will try to put the student into the classes indicated or find suitable alternatives if the class choices are unavailable. The student then receives a bill, and must pay for the classes by the end of the day.

During Final Registration, students may register on-campus, online, or by Touch*Tone. Payment for classes is due on the day the student registers.

It is the student's responsibility to make full and timely payment for all classes. If the student does not make payment for classes, the college reserves the right to cancel the classes for which the student has registered.

Students are responsible for meeting the prerequisites and/or co-requisites of courses. The College reserves the right to administratively withdraw students from courses for which they do not meet the requirements.

Tuition and Fees

Tuition and fees are subject to change at anytime without notice by action of the Board of Trustees.

The $10 per semester fee is used to help defray the cost of advances in technology throughout the college. OCC is committed to providing up-to-date technology for its students as pledged in its strategic direction that states: "OCC will be a student-centered learning community that employs current technology and anticipates future technological developments to enhance learning and communication."

• Tuition listed below includes the $25.00 non-refundable registration fee and the $10.00 non-refundable technology fee.
