How to Enter Chat

Chat allows users to communicate with each other via text-based instant messaging.

To open chat:

  • Click Communication from navigation bar.

  • Select Collaboration

    • Collaboration Link

  • Click Join next to a Chat session

  • Note: In order to access, the collaboration tools (Virtual Classroom or Chat), you will need a Java Plug-In. If the Java Plug-in is not installed or there are problems loading the Virtual Classroom, you will see a link to download the Java Plug-in.

  • Click on the link and follow the directions.
