Accessing Course Materials

If you have correctly accessed Blackboard, you will be taken to your OCC Blackboard Homepage.

  • The best way to log in to a particular course is under the 'My Courses' section.

    My courses
  • All you need to do is click on the course title for the course you wish to enter and you are in.
  • If you are in the 'My OCC Courses' tab, under Course List , you may also click on the course title, under Courses in which you are enrolled, and it will take you to your course.

Note Helpful Tip - On your Blackboard homepage, you will also see a 'My Announcements' box. Clicking on the announcement will only show you the announcement, but will not take you into your course. You will need to use one of the options detailed above to access your course.
