A Survey is an information and opinion gathering tool used by some instructors. You can only participate in a survey once and your answers are completely anonymous to the instructor.

To access a Survey, click on the Assessments link on the left side of your screen. Next, click on the Surveys sublink.

This will bring up the list of Surveys available to you. To access a Survey, click on the Participate link.

Below is an example of a survey. After you have completed the survey, you must click the Submit button.
