The following eligibility criteria will be applied to all students submitting an essay:
- Students can only submit one essay for the 2010-11 academic year contest.
- Students are only eligible for one award during the 2010-11 academic year contest.
- Verification of current enrollment in at least one credit hour during fall 2010 or winter 2011 will be conducted at the time of essay submission.
- OCC employees along with their family members and dependents are not eligible.
