Document Delivery Service

The OCC document delivery is a new service that provides all students, staff and faculty a means to order and receive full text articles which are not available from our research databases or our print collection.  EBSCO’s LinkSource product will link to the online document delivery service.  Online ordering is through CISTI, the Canada Institute for Scientific and Technical Information.

Features of the CISTI document delivery service include:

§         Online ordering for specific full text articles

§         Immediate online registration for CISTI account

For those not wanting a CISTI account, documents can be ordered by completing the online Interlibrary Loan Form.  An OCC ID is also required for this free service.  A librarian will order your document and mail or fax it to you.
