Academic OneFile (InfoTrac) 1980 - present. Most comprehensive academic database.  Many are peer-reviewed, full-text articles from journals and reference sources, covering the physical sciences, technology, medicine, social sciences, the arts, theology, literature and other subjects.  Articles can be translated into 8 languages.

Expanded Academic ASAP (InfoTrac) 1980s - present. Articles are either full-text or citations/abstracts.  Wide variety of subjects including social sciences, humanities, education, science, and technology.

Academic Search Elite (EBSCOhost) 1980s - present. Full-text, abstracts, or indexing for mostly scholarly periodicals.  This multi-disciplinary database covers virtually every area of academic study.

WilsonSelectPlus (FirstSearch) 1994 - present.  All articles have full-text.  Includes U.S. and international professional publications, academic journals, and trade magazines on a wide variety of subjects.

eLibrary Full-text articles of magazines, newspapers; also contains audio/video files, pictures, and transcriptions of public radio and television programs.

General Reference Center Gold (InfoTrac) 1980 - present. Contains either full-text or citations/abstracts of articles.  Key business, news, and general interest periodicals.

JSTOR - The Scholarly Journal Archive
Full-text of back issues for hundreds of scholarly journals in 40 broad disciplines.  Strong coverage of early periodical issues, some beginning in the 17th century, up through the mid-2000s.

General OneFile (InfoTrac) 1980 - present.  Comprehensive database with many full-text articles on a wide range of topics, many of general interest.  Includes newspaper indexing and audio files.

CQ Researcher 1991 - present.  Full-text articles from CQ Researcher, a collection of reports and analysis on issues in the news.  Each topic has an introductory overview, background and chronology, a current assessment, tables and maps, pro/con statements from opposing positions, and a list of key sources.

Congressional Quarterly Researcher Index1991 - present. An index for the contents of CQ Researcher's print compilations

Points of View (EBSCOhost) Full-text generally 1990s - present.  Essays on topics in the news.  Each has an overview, point (argument), and counterpoint (opposing argument), supported with articles from periodicals, media transcripts, primary source documents, and videos.

Business Source Elite(EBSCOhost) 1985 - present. Business articles, a large number are from peer-reviewed publications, many full-text.

Regional Business News (EBSCOhost) Generally, 1993 - present.  Provides full-text coverage of business journals, newspapers, and newswires from all metropolitan and rural areas within the United States.

Business & Company Resource Center (InfoTrac) 1980s - present. Articles, many full-text, from a wide range of business periodicals, together with company profiles, rankings, investment reports, company histories, industry news, and brand information.

Value Line Investment Reports Full-page reports and analyst commentaries on stocks covered by The Value Line Investment Survey Standard Edition

LegalTrac(Infotrac) 1980 - present.  Citations and abstracts for major law reviews, legal newspapers, bar association journals and international legal journals.  Included are articles on federal and state cases, laws and regulations, legal practice, and taxation.

Stat-USA: Globus & National Trade Data BankGlobal Business Opportunities features trade and government procurement opportunities while the National Trade Data Bank offers current and historical trade-related data, country and market research reports, country analysis and a library of international trade documents.

Stat-USA: State of the Nation Current and historical federal economic and financial data. Provides various financial and economic data from throughout the federal government, concentrating on the U.S. economy.

ERIC1960s - present. The Educational Resource Information Center contains citations and abstracts for journal articles and digests for non-journal materials in education and related fields. Some recent items in full-text. (FirstSearch) (EBSCOhost)

Educator's Reference Complete (InfoTrac) 1980s - present.  A complement to ERIC, contains many full-text education periodical articles and government reports.

Learning Express An interactive online learning platform of practice tests and tutorial course series designed to help learners succeed on the standardized academic or licensing tests they must pass. Gives immediate scoring, answer explanations and an individualized analysis of results.

MEDLINE (FirstSearch) 1965 - present.  From the National Library of Medicine, indexes all areas of medicine, including dentistry and nursing (few full-text  articles).

MICROMEDEX Healthcare Series and CareNotes Access to evidence-based clinical information on drugs, diseases, toxicology, laboratory tests, alternative medicine, patient education and more!
