verb: “to be able to”

EXAMPLE: She can prepare anybody’s tax return, no matter how complicated.

verb: to have permission”

EXAMPLE: May I have this dance?

capital

noun: use only to refer to the building where a legislature meets

EXAMPLE: The march will start from the capitol and continue down Main St.

noun: use capital in all other circumstances

EXAMPLE: The march will occur in the capital on April 16.

censure

verb: to suppress for moral reasons – noun: someone who does this

EXAMPLE: The administration promises not to censor the school newpaper.

verb: “to blame or criticize” – noun: an expresson of criticism

EXAMPLE:
The committee voted to censure one of its members.
