MCOLES Testing Dates

The following dates have been scheduled for the MCOLES pre-employment testing at the Oakland Police Academy. If you are registering for the Reading and Writing test, you must register through MCOLES or call 877-422-4092. To register for the physical agility test please call 248-232-4221 or mail in your application form and payment of $45.00 to the Oakland Police Academy, 2900 Featherstone, Auburn Hills, MI 48346. Payment must be made by certified check or money order only. Make payable to the Oakland Police Academy. Space is limited so please register early.

All testing begins promptly at 8:00 AM.  Briefing and registration begins at 7:30 AM.  Due to building renovations on the Auburn Hills Campus, the Written and Physical Agility Tests are being held at separate campuses.

WRITTEN ONLY TEST INFORMATION - Report to Building F, Room 118 on the Auburn Hills Campus for the Written Test.

PHYSICAL AGILITY ONLY TEST INFORMATION - Report to the Gym on the Highland Lakes Campus for the Physical Agility Test. 

Photo ID is required for admission to ALL testing. If you are taking the physical agility test you will a State of Michigan TC-50 physician form will also be required.   The physician's license number must be on the form.
