Clarifying Performance Expectations
Recognizing that everyone is capable of exceptional effort,
productivity and output is a key to being a great manager of people
and performance. In this workshop, you will learn how to discuss
performance expectations with others in a way that increases their
sense of ownership and gains their commitment, while ensuring that
departmental and organizational goals are achieved.
