Fact Finding and Problem Solving
Excellence in customer service means excellence in problem solving.
The more you practice fact finding and problem solving techniques,
the better you become at these skills. This workshop is designed to
practice and perfect these valuable skills. Participants will learn
how to use open and closed questions to gather and document
information in the troubleshooting process. Participants will
utilize the sequencing method to confirm the problem and understand
the four techniques of problem solving.
