Journey through Change: Strategies for Coping and Leading Through Change

Change happens; what matters is how you react to that reality. In this session, we will start by looking at your own reactions to change. A Change Model will be presented to demonstrate the predictable journey that everyone takes during times of change. Strategies for successfully moving through each phase of the change process will also be presented. Those who lead others will learn the impact of change on your team and how you can lead people through change and into a positive outcome.
