LIABILITY AND TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
Reasonable care will be given to the artwork submitted. OCC and its agents do not assume liability for any loss or damage of any artwork submitted while in its possession. I hereby authorize the Womencenter to use all accepted works for any and all promotional purposes without charge. After delivery, no art may be removed by the artist from the exhibit until after October 13, 2009. I also understand that the Womencenter will deduct a 30% commission for the sale of any artwork during the run of the exhibit. Artwork shipped via any mail carrier must be accompanied with a pre-paid return only, or such artwork cannot be accepted. No cash or checks accepted for return mailing.
