American Sign Language (ASL) IV

Prerequisite: C+ or better in SLS 1020; or consent departmental designee

This course provides vocabulary building and mastery of grammar through rigorous receptive and expressive language activities. American Sign Language (ASL) skills development with application to complex grammatical structures is continued. Topics to be discussed in ASL IV build from those covered in the ASL III course (descriptions, complaints, suggestions, requests, Deaf culture). Course/Lab Fees.
