Associate in Applied Science (CUL.HMM.AAS)

   This program, leading to an Associate in Applied Science Degree, is designed to develop skills and knowledge essential for employment lodging in the hotel industry, with skills in food preparation and service, food standards and sanitation, purchasing, front office management, housekeeping and marketing and management.
   The student acquires experience by performing these functions in the facilities on the college campus or in field assignments at local hotels and motels. The student may be employed in middle-management supervisory positions in many industries catering to the satisfaction of the traveler.
