Associate in Applied Science (CUL.RMP.AAS)

   This program leads to an Associate in Applied Science degree.
   The curriculum design will provide the student with foundation knowledge of the food service industry to prepare them for a career in supervision and or management of food and beverage operations.
   Courses include theory and practical applications for all front-and back- house operations while working to develop leadership skills necessary for today’s manager.
   Emphasis on guest services, management principles and practices, menu development and production, financial analysis, legal issues and marketing. Students will attain industry certification in proper alcohol service and sanitation.
