The field of construction management is one of the fastest growing employment opportunities in the United States. Construction management careers are a professional job with varying opportunities and salary levels. Construction managing is a high-demand, exciting and ever-changing career option. In this program, students learn all aspects of managing construction job sites including, but not limited to: job-site administration, estimating & bidding, construction systems, construction safety, construction surveying and basic business applications. These skills can qualify you to work in management-based jobs in the construction industry including:

  • Assistant Project Manager
  • Project Engineer
  • Estimator
  • Safety Management
  • Contract Administrator
  • Supervision/Superintendent

Whether you are new to the construction industry or a seasoned veteran, OCC has a program for you. Listening to industry, we have developed a variety of programs that will give you the knowledge and expertise to specialize in a particular area.
