The class, which will also touch on Thai carving techniques, will meet for three sessions at OCC’s Orchard Ridge Campus in Farmington Hills:  Thursday, June 6, and Friday, June 7 from 5 to 8:30 pm, and Saturday, June 8 from 9 am to 12 noon.

Admission is $250, plus additional costs for tools.  Participants will also need an apron and a chef’s coat.
