Why the Raider One Card?

The Raider One Card is a single card with the following uses:
  • Raider One ID Card - serves as your official College ID
  • Library Services - used for borrowing privileges from local and state resources
  • Raider One iROC Cash - used for print/copy services, Raiders Store and café purchases
  • Enhanced debit Raider One MasterCard - used for financial aid refunds

Is this a Credit Card?

No, the Raider One Card is not a credit card and no credit check is required.  The card can be used as a US Bank pre-paid debit card.  It must be registered with US Bank by the cardholder to become active.  The cardholder will not be able to spend more than what is on the card.

Is the Raider One Card mandatory?

All students are required to have a Raider One Card, as it is your official college identification, library services, and print/copy card.  The card is required for print/copy services on campus.

Do I have to have a Raider One Card for my financial aid?

No.  The Raider One Card is used to identify you as an OCC student.  The US Bank pre-paid debit account associated with the card can be used for your financial aid refund.  It is your option to utilize your card for financial aid refunds.

Do I have to have a social security number to have a Raider One Card?

No, a social security number is not required to obtain the Raider One Card.

What is iROC Cash?

Formally known as “MultiPlan”, iROC Cash is a cashless way to make purchases on campus.  Add money to your iROC Cash account (green stripe) and use it on campus in pay for print areas, in all Raiders Stores, and in all campus cafés.  Please visit RaiderOneCard for details.

Is there a fee associated with the Raider One Card?

There is no fee to have, or use the Raider One Card.  There is a $10 fee if the card should ever need to be replaced. 

Do I receive my refund on the Raider One Card?

Refunds and other disbursements (including Financial Aid) from the College will occur as follows:
  • Payments made with a credit card will be credited back to the credit card
  • Upon registration of the Enhanced Debit Raider One MasterCard, disbursements will automatically be applied to the US Bank pre-paid debit account. 
Note: Registration of the US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account must occur at least 72 hours before a scheduled disbursement date.

I already have a bank account. Do I have to use the card?

If you are currently receiving your disbursements electronically, you do not have to register/activate the US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account on the Raider One Card. 

I previously signed up for Direct Deposit using Online Services. Will my refund go to this account or to my Raider One Card?

If you register/activate the US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account a minimum of 72 hours before the scheduled disbursement date, your refund will go to the Raider One Card the same day funds are disbursed.  If you do not register the US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account, your refund will continue to be deposited to your current bank account within 1 to 3 days after disbursement.

When will I know that money is on the card?

You can always check the balance on your US Bank pre-paid debit account by logging in at www.usbankcampuscard.com/occ or calling Customer Service at 855-613-9098.  You can also check the balance on your iROC Cash account by clicking the “Add Money to Your iROC” tab on the Raider One Card webpage, and logging in with your OCC username and password.
 
If you have registered the US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account, US Bank sends email notifications to its account holders anytime a transaction has occurred on their account.  Likewise, Online Services sends email notifications to students stating when their funds have been disbursed.

Where is my money?

If you are wondering when or how your financial aid refund is being disbursed, information on OCC’s Online Services webpage can assist you.  First, go to Online Services, login using your user name and password, and go to the Financial Aid section.  Click on Financial Aid Award Letter to review your award for the current term.  Take note of the type of assistance that you are receiving.
 
Next, go to the Financial Profile section in Online Services and click on Bank Information to review your electronic deposit entries for either Raider One Card or your personal bank.  Please note, an unfamiliar routing number and account number may be the Raider One Card program.  If you still have questions, please contact Financial Services, 248-341-2000.

How do I activate my library card?

Please see the Circulation Desk at any OCC campus library to have the library card portion of your Raider One Card activated. 

How do I receive a Raider One Card?

If you have a recent photo of yourself, you can submit it on-line and receive your Raider One Card in the mail!  Please visit www.oaklandcc.edu/raideronecard for photo requirements and upload procedures.
 
Also, the Raider One Card Mobile Unit will be on campus issuing cards at the start of Fall, Winter, and Summer I semesters.  Visit our homepage at www.oaklandcc.edu/raideronecard to see our calendar.  Also, posters/flyers will be posted on campus with upcoming dates and times.  Government issued photo I.D. (driver’s license, state identification card, or passport) is required to obtain a card.

What do I need in order to get the Raider One Card?

For on-line photo submission, an OCC user name and password is required to login and begin the process.
 
At the Mobile Unit you must present government issued photo I.D., such as a driver’s license, state identification card, or a passport, and have been issued an OCC student ID#.

Can you check my balance?

No, The Raider One Card Office is unable to check the balance on your US Bank debit MasterCard.  However, you can log into your account at www.usbankcampuscard.com/occ to view your account information, including the balance.  Or, you may call US Bank Customer Service at 855-613-9098. In addition, US Bank has a free mobile application that you can download to your mobile phone to check your balance on the go.  Search for “US Bank Campus Card App” where applications are sold on your mobile phone.

Can you check the balance on my iROC Cash account (green stripe)?

You can check the balance on your iROC Cash account by clicking the “Add Money to Your iROC” tab on the Raider One Card webpage, and logging in with your OCC username and password.  If you need additional assistance you can contact the Raider One Card office at 248-232-4400.

How can I access the money on my Enhanced Debit Raider One Card MasterCard off campus?

You may use your Enhanced Debit Raider One Card MasterCard anywhere that debit MasterCard is accepted as payment.  Also, your card allows for no-fee ATM usage at MoneyPass branded ATM machines.  Visit www.moneypass.com for convenient locations nearest you.  You may also visit any bank (it does not have to be a US Bank branch) and request a withdrawal from your US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account.  This can be done once a month at no charge.  You must conduct the transaction at the window and have your card with you.

How do I add money to my pre-paid debit MasterCard account?

Money is added to the US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account electronically, via an account transfer or direct deposit.  Only deluxe accounts will accept deposits.  Please contact US Bank Customer Service at 855-613-9098 for assistance.

How do I add money to my iROC Cash account (green stripe)?

You can add money to your iROC Cash account three different ways:
  • Add funds with cash at the Pay Stations/Card Loaders located in each campus library.  Directions are posted at each device.
  • Add funds by credit/debit card by clicking the “Add Money to Your iROC” tab at www.oaklandcc.edu/raideronecard  , logging in with your OCC username and password, and following the steps indicated on the iROC Cash website.
  • Add funds in any campus Raiders Store at the cash register.

Can parents/others add money to my card?

Yes, you can allow individuals to add money to your iROC Cash or your US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard accounts.  These individuals will only be able to add funds.  They cannot see your transaction history, balance, or remove money.  Visit www.oaklandcc.edu/raideronecard, and click the applicable selection to "Add Money to Your iROC", or "Manage Your Debit ROC".
 
Note:  To add money to your US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account you must provide your social security number during the registration/activation process for the Deluxe account.  Only Deluxe accounts will accept electronic deposits.

I forgot the answers to my security questions and I am locked out of my US Bank debit MasterCard account. What do I do?

If you fail to answer the security questions 3 consecutive times, US Bank will lock your account for 24 hours.  After 24 hours the account will be accessible again.  For additional assistance, you must call US Bank Customer Service at 855-613-9098.

Where are ATM’s located?

There is a US Bank ATM located on each OCC campus.  The Enhanced Debit Raider One Card MasterCard allows for free ATM usage at all campus ATM machines and at MoneyPass branded ATM machines.  Visit www.moneypass.com for convenient locations nearest you.

Since the Raider One Card is also my new print/copy card, can I transfer funds from my current print/copy card?

Yes, your iROC Cash account (the green stripe) will accept transfers from your old green print/copy card.  There are iROC Cash Easy Convert stations at each campus library which will allow you to transfer funds from your current print/copy card to your new iROC Cash account.

My Raider One Card was sent to an incorrect address on file. What do I do?

The Raider One Card policy states that we mail the card to the current address that is on file with Oakland Community College.  If that address is no longer valid, you must to go to Enrollment Services on any campus, with current identification to update your school records, then contact the Raider One Card office at 248-232-4400.  

I don’t have a pin number. What should I do?

Contact US Bank customer service at 855-613-9098 for assistance.

How do I find my account number and routing number?

Log into your US Bank pre-paid debit account online and go to Account Activities.  In the drop down list, look for Direct Deposit Information.  Your account and routing numbers are located on this form.  If you do not have Direct Deposit Information in your drop down list, contact US Bank at 855-613-9098 to upgrade to a deluxe account. 

How do I get a replacement card?

To get a replacement Raider One Card, you will need to fill out a Card Replacement Form at any campus Business Office Cashier and remit the $10 replacement fee.  Your card will be mailed to the address on record within 7-10 business days.
 
In an emergency, replacement cards can be mailed for next day delivery for a fee of $30.  When these requests are processed before 1:00 pm, they will be mailed out the same day.  After 1:00 pm, they will be mailed out the next business day. 

What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If your Raider One Card has been lost or stolen go to www.oaklandcc.edu/raideronecard to suspend your iROC Cash account immediately.  Contact US Bank at 855-613-9098 to report the card lost or stolen.   To obtain a new card, visit any campus Business Office Cashier to remit the $10 card replacement fee, and it will be mailed to the address on file with the college within 7-10 business days.  With your new card, you will receive specific instructions on replacing the card on your existing US Bank account.  Once your new card is in place, contact the Raider One Card office to release the suspension on that account.

What if I need a replacement card due to a name change or damaged card?

Replacement cards due to a legal name change that is reflected on your current government issued I.D. card, or any damage due to normal wear and tear, must be presented and forfeited to any campus Business Office in order for the card to be replaced at no cost to the cardholder.  If the person is unable to present the card, it is considered lost, and the replacement fee of $10 will apply.  Card office staff cannot process name changes on the student’s record.  Name and address changes or corrections must be submitted to Enrollment Services.  Upon completing a name change request, students should wait at least 24 hours before requesting a Raider One Card reprint.

Can I transfer funds between my iROC Cash account (green stripe) and MasterCard account?

You can transfer money from your US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account to your iROC Cash account just as you would any other debit/credit transaction.  Go to www.oaklandcc.edu/raideronecard and click on "Add Money to Your iROC" and log into your iROC Cash account.  Follow the indicators on the site.
 
Note:  Funds cannot be transferred from iROC Cash to the US Bank pre-paid debit MasterCard account.

The refund amount on my card is not what I expected. What do I do?

Students must visit any campus Business Office and present photo I.D. to discuss financial details.

Can I still use my financial aid to buy print cards in the Bookstore?

Yes.  Go to the Raiders Store and fill out an iROC Cash Transfer Request Form before the financial aid cut-off date.  Within 48 hours, your funds will be available in your iROC Cash account.  There is a $200 limit on these vouchers.
