Cancellation/Refund Policy

If it is necessary to cancel a registration, please call our department (248)232-4178 immediately, and mail, fax, or walk-in a brief written statement requesting the refund to:

Please include name, course title and date, with signature and date of request.

Written notification received:

  • 100% refund prior to the first day of class
  • On the first day of class: 0% refund
  • "No Shows" will be charged full price
  • Any deviation from this policy must be pre-approved by the appropriate Dean or Director.

Classes may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment. In this instance, a 100% refund will be issued.
