D2L Student Helpdesk
OCC's D2L Helpdesk
is dedicated entirely to the technical support of students for the Desire2Learn
Students are able to request assistance by phone or by
submitting the online form found when logged into the D2L system
under the Technical Support widget. Students will be required to
provide their student ID number in order to receive assistance
so be prepared to provide this information to your support
The D2L Student Helpdesk provides live support 24 x 7,
including holidays, weekends, and between semesters.
D2L users will login using their Online Services username and password.
The D2L Student Helpdesk is not able to reset passwords.
If needed, students will use the self-serve password reset form
or visit an Enrollment Services office on any campus.
Faculty and Staff
For instructors who need assistance
with D2L, they may contact an Instructional Technologist in the
Academic Technologies Group.
If you need technical help with the D2L system call anytime,
24 x 7, at
855-772-1235 (toll free).
Submit your request for assistance online by
accessing the form in the Technical Support widget found on the My Home page after you
log into Desire2Learn.
