Career Services serves as OCC’s point-of-contact for employers. Oakland Community College is able to provide our employers with access to current students, alumni and community job seekers that are searching for qualified candidates.

About Our Services

College Central Network (CCN)

Our online Career Services and Job Board is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

  • Create an account at College Career Network (one account per employer)
  • Upon approval of the account, employers may begin posting open positions 

Once approved, employers will be able to:

  • Post jobs 
  • Search resumes 
  • Search career portfolios 

On Campus Recruiting (OCR) When return to campus is permitted

  • Employers have the ability to conduct on-site recruitment and screening of prospective employees
  • OCR is from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at one, or more, of our campuses
  • Allows for targeted recruitment based upon students' majors and campus location

Internship & Cooperative Education Program

  • An academic program where the 'real' world and the classroom meet
  • Provides students with hands on learning opportunities
  • Provides employers with the ability to further develop & train students
  • Provides employers with the opportunity to prescreen prospective employees
