WELCOME TO THE 2021 VIRTUAL COMMENCEMENT INFORMATION PAGE

In light of the state and federal recommendations regarding large events due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), OCC's 2021 Commencement ceremony will be held as a virtual event.

While a virtual commencement does not take the place of a traditional in-person ceremony, it does allow us to reconginize your great achievement. You persevered despite the many challenges to complete your education and we are extremelhy proud of you. Congratulations and we look forward to celebrating with you on June 12 ,2021.

Graduation deadlines:

Apply for Graduation with an Academic Counselor by Thursday April 15, 2021 in order to have your name listed in the Commencement Program.
If you have an address change, please update your address at any campus Student Services Office as soon as possible so your diploma is mailed to the correct address. To change your mailing address please contact Enrollment Services.

GRADUATION CEREMONY ASSIGNMENT:

All Communication regarding your involvment with OCC's Virtual COmmencement will be sent to your OCC Email Address

CEREMONY GOWN/ADORNMENTS

Graduates will be emailed information to upload a short video, picture or quote to be included during the Commencement Ceremony
Students may purchase their cap/gown/tassel and announcements at the bookstore website now through August 20. Honor cords, veteran cords, and separate pieces (cap, gown, or tassel) are also available at a campus bookstore for your convenience.
Allowable gown adornments include Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) stoles, honor cords, National Society for Leadership Success regalia, and/or veteran cords.
