Approach: I want to create food that is delicious, rooted in classic cuisine with a nod of whimsy

Favorite tools: My hands, razor sharp Shun knife, and pepper mill

Favorite ingredients: It changes by season, but essentials are good olive oil and sea salt

Hobbies: Anything in nature

Proudest Moment: Helping budding chefs realize that with hard work, dedication, and determination they have the potential to be successful

Awards: Recently awarded the opportunity to participate in the Galileo Leadership Consortium which is a program to develop teachers as leaders to ensure high levels of learning for all
