Get the technical support you need to be successful.

You can access free technical assistance for all OCC technology by contacting the Student Technical Help Desk. 

Our knowledgeable and friendly team members are available to provide technical support via phone or email. Additionally, you can find helpful articles and other student information on the OCC Client Portal.

Services Available

The Student Technical Help Desk can assist you with a variety of issues, including:

  • Log in issues and/or password reset for MyOCC, D2L and your student email
  • Okta Multifactor Authentication
  • Wi-Fi and Internet Access
  • Virtual Desktop (VDI) Access
  • Out of Country Access

  • Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed
