Oakland Community College and the Detroit Institute of Arts are proud to present this unique presentation of the classic story, Little Red Riding Hood. 

OCC is pleased to join with the Detroit Institute of Arts, Eisenhower Dance Detroit, and the Detroit Chamber Winds & Strings to host this special celebration of the arts.  Through events like this one, OCC remains committed to advancing our community and empowering students of all ages.  With our partners in education, the arts, business, and our community, along with our alumni throughout the region and beyond, we are building a stronger and more resilient workforce and enhancing the quality of life in southeast Michigan.

Little Red Riding hood

Explore this familiar story of Little Red Riding Hood through a new lens with Eisenhower Dance and Detroit Chamber Winds & Strings. Featuring original contemporary dance and live music commissioned by Jordyn Davis, these art forms combine with the story retold by Bernette Ford, illustrations by Tom Knight, and narration by Mahogany Jones to create a unique, fun experience for the whole family.
