by aligning their learning Outcomes, Benchmarks and Assessment Methods
with the Program Assessment Plan Rubric established by SOAC.
2.2.2Action Plan: Ensure that student artifacts
evaluated during Faculty Assessment Day reflect work produced in courses
approved for each General Education Outcome.
2.2.3 Action Plan: Develop and continually refine
rubrics for each General Education Outcome.

findings by using assessment instruments which reflect how OCC faculty

of the Assessment Database to support decision making.
2.3.2 Action Plan: Create and maintain a database
which supports broad access to student learning information specific to
those courses which are approved for each General Education Outcome.
2.3.3 Action Plan: Incorporate student learning outcomes information
into annual dashboard reports.
2.3.4 Action Plan: Maintain a robust website which
provides historical as well as current information on all aspects of
student learning assessment.
2.3.5 Action Plan: Require reports from individuals who attend HLC
conferences and external assessment workshops which can subsequently be
shared with the college community.
