Cancellation/Refund Policy

This policy does not apply to HESI registration. 

We understand that sometimes circumstances require canceling your registration. If this is the case, you should be aware of our cancellation policy and know when you are eligible for a refund. 

 Written Notification Refund Policy 
 100% Refund  Prior to the first day of class
 No Refund  On the first day of class
 No Refund  "No Shows"
Any deviation from this policy must be pre-approved by the appropriate Dean or Director. 

Cancel before the first day of class

No refunds will be issued after the first day. To cancel your registration before the class begins, write a brief statement requesting a refund. This statement should include:  

  • Your name
  • Course title and date of cancellation
  • Your signature and the current date

Exception for HESI Exam

The cancellation policy does not apply to HESI exam registration:

  • Nursing
  • Respiratory Therapy
  • Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Dental Hygiene

These registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Classes may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. In this case, a 100% refund will be issued.
