With respect to employment, compensation and benefits to employees, consultants, contract employees, independent contractors, and volunteers, the CEO shall not cause or allow jeopardy to the College’s fiscal integrity or public image.
Further, without limiting the scope of the above statement by the following list, the CEO shall not:
- Change their own compensation and benefits.
- Permit hiring of employees or engagement with consultants or contract workers who
have a conflict of interest with the organization.
- Create obligations over a longer term than revenues can be safely projected.
- Permit workplace conditions which do not comply with current collective bargaining agreements or the rules and regulations pertaining to staff and faculty labor unions or union labor agreements.
