Program Outcomes

Program outcomes represent broad areas of knowledge and skills developed over the duration of the program through a wide range of courses and experiences. These learning outcomes represent what a student should be able to know, think, or do upon successful completion of their program at Oakland Community College.

  • Develop an understanding of ethical and legal principles of radiologic technology practice.
  • Describe the general purpose of the radiographic exam to include structures best visualized.
  • Perform competently the clinical skills required for safe radiological practice.

Program Plan 2026-2027

Full Time - Fall Start

MILESTONE: Students must have a “B” or higher in all required supportive and general education courses. Make an appointment to meet with a Counselor to plan for successful completion of these courses. Attendance at an information session is required.
