Interior Design (INT.AAS)

Program Outcomes

Program outcomes represent broad areas of knowledge and skills developed over the duration of the program through a wide range of courses and experiences. These learning outcomes represent what a student should be able to know, think, or do upon successful completion of their program at Oakland Community College.

Students will demonstrate the use of appropriate color and lighting installations for interior applications.
Students will demonstrate the use of appropriate finish materials and fabrics in interior applications.
Students will be able to create working drawings through both analog and computer techniques and formats.
Students will utilize both organizational and industry appropriate techniques for creating client proposals.
Students will create an industry standard portfolio that meets industry standards for job seekers.
